Qualifications Required

Based in Oundle, Fairline Yachts are a leading manufacturer in creating high quality, luxury motoryachts. With a vast range of yachts already in production, a brand-new Squadron 58 production line to be launched soon and further new product launches on the horizon, it is the ideal time to come aboard and join the Fairline family.

During your apprenticeship you will be supported by a dedicated Apprentice Master and our highly experienced fitout and parts teams to develop your skills and knowledge in carpentry and joinery, to effectively support the team with tasks including (but not limited to) measuring and marking out, making up and fitting timber frames, manufacturing patterns, templates and jigs. You will also be exposed to fitting worktops, locker doors, shower screens and doors and many more.

Through working within a specialist boat building environment, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience to help kick start your career in carpentry and joinery.

Future Prospects 

Potential of a full time position on successful completion of the apprenticeship. On successful completion of the Level 2 apprenticeship, Fairline would then like you to progress onto the Level 3 apprenticeship if suited.
