Terms – The charter rate includes the hire & insurance of the yacht and moorings at the vessel's home port, including water & electricity.

Taxes – Charter rates include the 18% local IVA Tax.

Agency Fees – All charter rates include any relevant agency fees.

Charter Contract – All charters booked will be confirmed by a Booking Form/Charter Contract and must be signed by the charter client.

Boarding Times – Prices are for 7 days. Embarkation time is 16:30 hours on the first day and disembarkation time is 09:30 hours on the final day.

Skippers – Skippers are available at a rate of 290 Euros per day or 2000 Euros per week when returning to the home port, plus 45 Euros expenses per day if not returning to home port. Mates / Hostesses are also available at 180 Euros per day.

Handback Times – When disembarkation is 09:30 hours, the vessel must be on its own mooring no later than 20:00 hours the previous day.

Day Charters – Yachts are available per day at 1/5th of the weekly rate above.

Security Deposit – A security deposit is required prior to boarding of the vessel. This is 50% of the charter fee or a minimum of 4000 Euros which can be provided in cash, bankers draft or by Visa or MasterCard credit card. This deposit is returned to the client, providing the vessel is returned in the same condition. In the event of any damage, the client can make payment immediately for the necessary repairs or the entire deposit will be banked, the repair costs taken from these monies and the remainder will be returned, less any credit card surcharge/bank commissions.

Q. What is included?
A. Fully cleaned and prepared motor yacht, full tank of fresh water, all bed linen including sheets and pillows, bath towels and hand towels, cups, plates, cutlery, glasses, a small tender dingy with outboard motor and oars – for visiting the shore, navigation aids including local charts and books, ships equipment instruction manuals and a mooring every night during the holiday in the port of Mahon, Menorca. For 2 or more consecutive weeks of charter, we will complete a full clean and linen change after every week providing that the vessel is in the home port.
Q. What about the fuel?
A. Every charter vessel is fully fuelled before the charter commences, we simply ask that you return the vessel fully fuelled before you disembark.
Q. What are the Embarkation and Disembarkation times?
A. The embarkation time is usually 16:30 hours on the first day of the charter, however if the vessel can be prepared earlier, then we will endeavour to board you sooner.
Disembarkation time is 09:30 hours on the final day of your charter, again if it is possible, we will let you remain on board until it is more convenient for you to leave.
Q. Safety Equipment?
A. All of our vessel's are fully inspected, licensed and insured for commercial use, and comply with both the UK and Local Spanish regulations, which require full safety equipment onboard to include:- advice labels, extra fire extinguishers, extra lifejackets with lights, binoculars, flares & signals, life raft, throwing line, plus much more – all for your total peace of mind.
What's the Island of Menorca like?
A. As you can see from the About Menorca page, Menorca is the jewel of the Balearic islands, because of it's perfect size, the calm laid-back lifestyle and spacious country living, combined with more bays and beaches than the rest of the Balearic Islands put together. Menorca, quite simply is an idyllic paradise getaway and only two hours flight time from the UK.
Q. Is it a safe cruising area?
A. Menorca is very safe for motorcruising, there are only a couple of shallow rock formations/hazards which are clearly marked with the relevant signals and on the nav charts, all of our friendly staff have local knowledge, and know the seas very well and are always on hand for advice and recommendations.
Q. Are there any extras?
A. The only extras, not included in the price are whatever Diesel Fuel is used and any mooring or berthing fees away from the port of Mahon, Menorca.
Q. What about provisions & provisioning?
A. We can offer a full 'Welcome Pack' for only 30 Euros extra. This can be placed aboard for your arrival, which is especially useful for any late arrivals or if you cant get to the local supermarkets. The welcome pack includes, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, butter, eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, orange juice, cereal and water. Along with the welcome pack is a leaflet detailing a variety of other products available to order for delivery aboard the boat.
