Many of our owners place their yacht for charter as a way to offset some or all of the expenses of owning a yacht. Unlike other charter management companies who charge a flat fee per foot, Fairline Menorca receive a commission based on a percentage of the gross charter revenue of booked charters and since we only make money if the yachts are out on charter, it gives us a great incentive to get bookings. Our professional quality of service also ensures that we try to make every yacht charter run smoothly, after all, satisfied customers will charter with us again and again and word of mouth is the strongest advertisement available. We have a huge, loyal customer base of clients that charter many times each and every year.
All yachts in our charter fleet are promoted internationally to yacht charter brokers, agents and travel companies specializing in luxury motor yacht charter. Our in-house marketing staff are constantly striving to represent each vessel to the best of its ability, to assist our owners in maximising the charter potential. We also work with international travel writers and photographers in such magazines as Motorboat Monthly and Motorboat & Yachting to name a few, to promote our industry, company and our services. Such publications and also TV production companies contact ourselves for compiling articles, yacht tests, quotes, news, comments, photographs, etc, relating to the international marine industry. We also boast a very strong base of repeat clientele and our aim is to turn every inquiry into a confirmed yacht charter booking.
Fairline Menorca offer a first class maintenance service to ensure each yacht is always maintained and in prime condition. Our maintenance systems are custom designed to accommodate each owner and the yachts individual needs. We offer every aspect of maintenance for our charter fleet from the repairs of electronics, generators and air conditioning/refrigeration to the purchasing and any other specialized equipment as needed. This allows us to keep all the vessel systems in peak operating condition and ready to use at a moments notice.
We are also the Williams Jet Tenders Sales and Service Centre for Menorca and can supply, service and support any Williams tender needs.
For emergency service while our yacht charters are away from port, Fairline Menorca provides 24-hour on-call emergency support. This service is for both owners while using their yacht and for the yachts whilst they are out on charter. This service gives our clients the peace of mind to enjoy their cruise knowing that professional assistance is always available.
All yachts under our management, have access to our temporary crew including commercial skippers, engineers, chefs, stewardesses, bartenders and mates. Our skippers and crew may also be employed for running a yacht whilst the owner is entertaining aboard, or if the owner invites friends, family or business associates to use his vessel at a time he is unable to command the yacht himself.
All crew are commercially qualified to command the yachts in our fleet and are also trained to provide impeccable service and entertainment for both the owner and the guests.
