Alma Schmid-Charvát
Alma has been involved in the boating industry since 1999. She started together with her brother Marc in the boat-maintenance industry and in 2000 they opened Fairline Ibiza. She has a passion for boats and enjoys driving boats for pleasure in the Balearics.
Alma is the Managing Director of Fairline Ibiza, ensuring the high levels of customer service expected from all our clients and colleagues. Languages, speaking native german, English & Spanish.

Mia Jakobsson
Originally from Sweden, Mia came to Ibiza in 2009 after working for Alma and Marc in Fairline Barcelona from 2006 to 2009 as Office-Manager. Languages, speaking her native Swedish, English & Spanish. Mia has been managing the Moorings, spare parts and customer-service since joining us in Ibiza in 2009. She is also an important part to our sales team, managing sales by herself and adding organization skills and her very friendly and happy personality to all sales related task within our Fairline Ibiza organisation.

Facundo Olivieros
Orginally from Argentina, Facundo works with us in the outside field since 2015. He is part of the PDI process, delivering the new boats from Mainland Spain, France or Palma de Mallorca, Trainer for customers, who need practising their skipper skills. Facundo works in the boating industry mostly has a Captain nearly 10 years now and adds to our value in Customer-Service in more technical ways and Handovers of boats.
Cristian Magistrello
Cristian, orginally from Argentina, has a long history with Fairline Ibiza and had been working in the cosmetic field of boats such as Cleaning, Antifouling and Polish for many years. After spending some time working in different maintenance jobs outside the boating industry, he now is back on board with Fairline Ibiza since 2016.
