This role will involve day to day management and leadership of the production team to achieve the budgeted production boat volumes and maintain levels of efficiency.
It will also require developing, implementing and maintaining manufacturing strategies for improved performance in all manufacturing KPIs and ensuring on time completion of product to the correct specification and quality standards.
