This role will primarily develop the Dealer Support functions of Warranty, Parts Sales, Commissioning and Post Production Customisation. This includes dealer / customer product handover, product training and supporting our Design Department with new product dynamic testing and review, to ensure business objectives are met.

Knowledge & Skills 

  • Proven new boat knowledge, with a technical awareness

  • Demonstrable planning, prioritisation and project management skills

  • Commercial awareness

Experience 

  • Senior management experience within customer facing functions

  • Engineering experience

  • Practicable power boat experience

  • Experience in boat manufacture

Qualifications 

  • RYA Yacht Master commercially endorsed
